I wanted to write and thank you.  Over the past week or two of below freezing and icy roads I haven’t had a single problem with my car.  It’s preformed perfectly.  Thanks for all your work in finding everything I wanted in addition to the safety features I needed.  All wheel drive and anti lock brakes have saved my bacon a few times.

I want to thank David Cunningham for a painless car buying experience.  EMI had the exact vehicle I had been looking for.  Even though the vehicle was several years old it was in great shape. I visited a few other dealerships that week (including one franchise dealership) that had just thrown their vehicles on the lot without fixing the car’s issues.The other dealerships expected me to buy their vehicle and then fix it myself.The vehicle I purchased from EMI had a vibration around 60 mph, which David said no problem we will get that corrected for you. So, I purchased the vehicle that day.  Later that week David had the vehicle fixed just as promised (turned out to be a minor fix). 

What I appreciated the most was his willingness to fix the vehicle at whatever cost.  I would certainly recommend purchasing a vehicle at EMI.

We had a pleasant experience with Emi Automotive Group.  My boyfriend and I have been looking for a Dodge turbo diesel truck for over a month before we accidently stopped at Emi’s dealership to check out their inventory on Saturday afternoon.  We found the car we wanted and David Cunningham, a knowledgeable, honest and caring auto dealer, let us not only test-drive a truck but also borrow it over the weekend.  We live in Boulder and it was a good experience to test-drive a car we considered buying over 30 miles on the freeway.  And of course we absolutely loved it!  We came back on Monday night, filled out all paperwork and drove our baby back home to Boulder.  We’ll be definitely back to Emi’s shop when we decide to get another car!

Prior to our visit with EMI Automotive Group and “our car guy” David Cunningham we had the worst possible experience ever with another local dealer. We were so turned off by the car buying experience that we were reluctant to even attempt visiting with another dealership. From the moment we entered the lot at EMI we were treated not like customers, but like family. My fiancé Chris fell in love with a 2004 Chevy Tahoe Z71. Immediately we realized EMI was different than other dealerships, because they were all straight talk, and we did not haggle over price. The price listed was truly their bottom line and comparable to Kelly Blue Book. After reviewing the available car history report we knew this was the vehicle for us, but we had zero confidence that we would get financed on the vehicle together. Chris has mediocre credit and getting us both on the loan at the previous dealership, seemed all but impossible. David and the team at EMI worked hard with lenders to not only get us into the car, but also at the best possible price. We will be back for our next vehicle and will send others their way! Recently, I purchased an Infiniti from EMI.  I called Louis Yacovetta, and I gave him specifics of what I wanted.  Within two weeks, I had my new car.  I was also able to trade in my vehicle, and those monies were applied towards the purchase of the Infiniti.  EMI handled my loan and an extended warranty as well, so when I went to pick up the car, the papers were ready to be signed.

This was a very easy process for me, and I am pleased with the service I received from Louis and Leonard.  This was much better (and less stressful) than purchasing a vehicle from the large car dealerships with aggressive salesmen.  If you know what you want, and how much you want to spend, EMI will find it for you.  I love my new Infiniti and I highly recommend EMI!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note about our recent experience at EMI.

As you will remember, I had been in the market for a late model Yukon XL Denali for some time.  I had shopped other new and used car dealers during that period..  However, EMI had the most selection.  Most importantly all of the offerings were well maintained and some could have been described as “new”.

While my wife and I live in Evergreen, making the trip to Englewood was well worth it.  All of the EMI staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  There was never a “hard sell”. 

Thanks again for all of your assistance.  We look forward to driving our “new” Denali for years to come.
